Flat Friend Fun

My family had a ball at Daytona International Speedway for the 2010 opening speedweek. We go each year with friends and enjoy a full week of NASCAR fun. This year, we also took along my blogging pal Sprittibee. I tell all about why here and over at Sprittibee's blog in my guest post.

I just have to say, Little Buddy had as much fun as I did taking along our Sprittibee Flat Friend. He kept telling me it was just like in a Flat Stanley book. He took charge of Sprittibee for the week. We kept her snuggly folded in his pocket so she was with us at all times. Unfortunately, we had a mix up with jackets and she got left behind on our day at the beach. But, that might have not been such a bad thing since he got soaking wet!

I do think she was disgusted with the whole "hole" incident. She wouldn't even have her picture made after that happened.
