My mouth has been watering since last Thursday! And our Guest Judge, Bridget had the difficult job of selecting just one of your delicious recipes as the Grill Master.
After much debating (and drooling), I dub The Pilot's Wife's Sticky Coconut Chicken the winner of this week's On the Grill. The combination of the coconut milk, pepper flakes and ginger sounds so wonderful and delicious, but still easy. I love that Emily also added the recipe for easy coconut rice to serve with it! Thanks so much for ALL of the great recipes...this was fun!
