I love a good party and took a quick photograph of our mantle to include in the party.
One of my very prized possessions is my portrait of Little Buddy. We had it commissioned when he turned four. The artist took him to a nearby creek and we played for four hours. He shot so many photographs that day!
Then, a year later, our portrait was delivered.
All of my family knows, if anything were to ever happen to our home, grab the portrait, my Grandmother's notebook of recipes, and our family Bible.
