Not only is it better to grab something to eat, according to WebMD, I'd have a more energy if I included protein. And y'all know I've been working hard to get more protein in my family's mornings.
While I was in New York City for BlogHer, I was able to meet the star of one of Little Buddy's favorite commercials.
